01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the bmy33 online casino and sports betting platform available at bmy33.cam ("the Platform"). By creating a bmy33 account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them in full.

bmy33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bmy33 will notify registered users via their registered email address or through a notice posted prominently on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bmy33 support.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bmy33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bmy33, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bmy33 or any gaming regulatory authority;
• You are of sound mind and acting voluntarily, without coercion or duress;
• You have not previously had a bmy33 account closed due to violation of these Terms.

bmy33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bmy33 may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of bmy33 services — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must register a bmy33 account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bmy33. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using your own details, someone else's details, or fictitious information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created using your details without your consent, contact bmy33 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmy33 login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are used — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify bmy33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bmy33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

bmy33 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without giving reasons. Account registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform, which remains subject to these Terms and applicable law.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bmy33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your bmy33 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bmy33 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players. Where a deposit is received from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder, bmy33 reserves the right to void the transaction, suspend the account, and return funds to the originating payment method after investigation.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to bmy33's verification and anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. bmy33 may request supporting documentation — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

bmy33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of any identity verification, AML review, or fraud investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and the expected resolution timeframe via their registered email address.

05 Gameplay Rules

All casino games, slots, live dealer games, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets available on bmy33 are governed by individual game rules published within each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before playing. Ignorance of specific game rules is not grounds for the cancellation or reversal of bets.

bmy33 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all digital casino games. Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by human dealers in a studio environment. The integrity of all games is independently verified. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games reflect long-term statistical outcomes across millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed individual returns.

Bets placed are final once confirmed. bmy33 does not cancel confirmed bets except in the event of a verified technical malfunction directly caused by bmy33's systems, or in cases where odds or game data were materially incorrect at the time of bet placement. In such cases, bmy33 may void the affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bmy33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and special event promotions tied to Philippine holidays and major sporting events such as PBA championships and world boxing cards. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus conditions that apply to all bmy33 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have satisfied the eligibility criteria stated for each promotion;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• bmy33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where evidence of abuse or exploitation is detected;
• Players who are found to have abused, exploited, or colluded to exploit bonus offers will have all bonus-related winnings voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

07 Responsible Gaming

bmy33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that online gaming should be an entertaining activity conducted within the player's means and personal limits. bmy33 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all available immediately through your account settings without requiring advance notice or a waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic session endings after a defined playtime;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose over a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform with immediate effect.

Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, bmy33 will use all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including disabling the account and suppressing marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Players may not register a new account during an active self-exclusion period.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bmy33 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or funding of illegal activities;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to access, interact with, or derive advantage from the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or errors in odds to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been achievable under normal conditions;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets;
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorization;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward bmy33 staff or other players through any Platform communication channel;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or opening a new account while under an active self-exclusion or suspension.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bmy33 Platform — including but not limited to the bmy33 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of bmy33 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use bmy33's intellectual property outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any bmy33 content without the prior written consent of bmy33. Unauthorized use of bmy33 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bmy33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or inability to access games or funds during scheduled or unscheduled Platform maintenance.

bmy33's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bmy33 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bmy33 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service provider outages.

11 Privacy & Data

bmy33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering a bmy33 account, you consent to bmy33's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bmy33 may be required to disclose player data to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other competent authorities in connection with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, fraud investigations, or legal proceedings. Such disclosures are made in compliance with applicable Philippine law and will be conducted without prior notice to the affected player where required by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

bmy33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false registration information; failure to complete required identity verification; or receipt of a self-exclusion request.

Upon termination for cause, bmy33 may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where termination is not caused by player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any outstanding liabilities.

Players may voluntarily close their bmy33 account at any time by contacting support via the official live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, provided there are no pending withdrawals or open investigations on the account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bmy33 operates in compliance with the regulations and guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operators. Players agree to comply with all applicable Philippine gaming laws and acknowledge that certain gaming activities may be subject to additional regulatory requirements depending on the player's jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bmy33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect the rights or obligations of players — bmy33 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms always supersedes all prior versions.
